Choreographer Steven Nielsen and the Cast of ANDREW LIPPA'S WILD PARTY
Lovers Queenie and Burrs decide to throw the party to end all parties in their Manhattan apartment. After the colorful arrival of a slew of guests living life on the edge, Queenie's wandering eyes land on a striking man named Black. As the decadence is reaching a climax, so is Burrs' jealousy which erupts and sends him into a violent rage. Gun in hand and inhibitions abandoned Burrs turns on Queenie and Black. The gun gets fired, but who's been shot?
Steven Nielsen choreographs the organized chaos in the Art-In-Relation production at The Complex - Hollywood, 6476 Santa Monica Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90038
Steven studied dance at Southern Utah University where he graduated in 1998. His first professional debut was with the American Folk Ballet in 1993 and he’s been pushing forward ever since. He’s danced on-stage with several dance companies, can be seen in in several T.V. Series and even in the movies. He is trained in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Modern/ Contemporary, Ballroom, Folk, Hip Hop, Irish Step, adagio, Improv, American Character, clogging, and stilts. He is known for his passion, flexibility, acrobatics, and partnering. He is the original dance coach for Cirque Du Soleil’s The Beatles “Love” show at The Mirage Casino/Resort. He is currently choreographing for America’s Got Talent. He proudly holds 3 WORLDS BEST CHOREOGRAPHY awards for acro-sports.
