Sessions are used for behaviour modification, self-improvement, habit correction, learning techniques, and simple relaxation. They address themes like relaxation, peace in the workplace, falling asleep, improving air travel, and optimizing performance; in golf, skateboarding, poker, yoga, and other specific activities. Guided meditation sessions are led by VICA ‘Mater Guide’ Joshua Paulton, a Master of Counselling Psychology and certified Hypnotist.

We also offer instrumental music (without voiceover) that is ideal for self-guided meditations, yoga classes, serene background music, and many other uses.
