Photoresist for Semiconductor Lighting Market

Photoresist used in semiconductor lighting is a special photosensitive polymer used to define patterns during chip manufacturing. Photoresist is coated on a silicon wafer or other substrate and then irradiated with ultraviolet light to cause chemical changes in the light-receiving area to form the desired pattern. This pattern is then used for mask layer preparation, doping or other processing steps. Photoresists for semiconductor lighting have the characteristics of high sensitivity, good adhesion, good heat resistance, and large process latitude. They are generally used in five categories: g-line, i-line, KrF, ArF, and EUV photoresists.
