Dauphin Welcomes Tom Westhusin as Director of Operations

Boonton, NJ - June 19, 2024 - Dauphin, a leader in innovative office furniture, is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Westhusin as our new Director of Operations. Tom will oversee manufacturing operations at our Boonton, NJ production facility, bringing with him an impressive background that combines rigorous military training, extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, and a strong academic foundation.

Tom graduated from the US Naval Academy with a degree in electrical engineering and went on to earn an MBA from Rutgers University. He served for seven years as a submarine officer in the Navy, where he honed his leadership skills and technical expertise.

Following his military service, Tom embarked on a successful career in the private sector, starting with Anheuser Busch in various operations, maintenance, and project engineering roles. He then transitioned to Reckitt-Benckiser, where he held positions in operations and maintenance, production planning, supply planning, and logistics.

Most recently, Tom served as the head of manufacturing supply chain at Shiseido. In this role, he was responsible for production planning, material planning, and new product commercialization for all North American production. His diverse experience in these areas makes him an invaluable asset to Dauphin as we continue to grow and innovate.
