Nano-Print plus Auto with auto take off system
The Nano-Print plus Auto can be combined with an Hot air dryer to its left for solvent-based prints, while the integrated take-off conveyor can be reversed to deliver printed sheets to a UV unit at the other side. Because it is a three-quarter automatic, productivity is considerably higher with only one operator involved—thus cost-per print is effectively reduced considerably.
The machine has well designed, engineered and built with quality components. It comes with an added bonus: a squeegee pressure equalising system to provide optimal pressure for superior image reproduction, uniform ink deposition and registration. This new addition now puts the sliding table concept within easier reach of quality-conscious printing companies who could not justify such an investment previously.
Nano-Print plus Auto, the single phase screen printing machine with user friendly control panel, has a Pneumatic squeegee pressure equalizer which gives perfect registration and consistent color reproduction with even ink deposition all over the image. Also, the Pneumatic squeegee pressure regulator with pressure gauge sets optimum pressure for perfect registration and job repetition accuracy and to minimize squeegee wear and tear. It has Quick and easy tool free squeegee and flood bar clamping and removing mechanism. The machine has adjustable tool free squeegee angle setting mechanism.
