Karrat Group invests in a breakthrough Sofia residential complex

The real estate investment company Karrat Group is currently implementing an ambitious Sofia real estate project named ‘City of Fountains’, to be completed in early 2009.

City of Fountains is a multifunctional complex with 18 residential buildings, 2 Class A office buildings, and various amenities. Its total area will be 35 230 m2. The main aim of the project is to provide Sofia’s home seekers and property investors with something markedly different from everything that has been done before in Sofia.
