“2nd International Arbitration Summit” in Shanghai on 20th of July in Hotel Marriot, City Center, Shanghai. Mr S Ravi Shankar International Arbitration lawyer and Senior Partner of Law Senate law firm ( New Delhi & Mumbai) to present a session on “ Effective handling of International Arbitrations with Parties from India under the 2015 amended Arbitration Act”. In addition to that Mr S Ravi Shankar is also requested to be in the Grand Panel of Speakers who will present the Regional updates on “ Emergency Arbitration and Managing the Process- China, India, HK, UK , Korea and Japan”. The moderator of the panel will be Mr. Stevan lim from Nabarrao LLP Singapore.
