Leading healthcare asset management team joins Citrica

Three leading and internationally recognised healthcare asset managers joining Citrica LLP, the asset and facilities business, as part of the firm’s continuing investment in the public sector market.
Conor Ellis, who is currently the Head of Health Sector for ARCADIS in UK and Europe will join Citrica LLP as a Partner on 1st July 2016. Based in Manchester, Conor’s role will be to lead the firm’s work with healthcare providers and investors, both in the UK and internationally.
Toby Banfield, a leading healthcare facilities planner, will join Citrica LLP as a Partner 1st August 2016. Based in Birmingham, Toby will lead the firm’s healthcare planning advisory services to clients in the UK and internationally.
Maggie Bulman, a highly respected healthcare project manager with a background in clinical care, will join Citrica LLP as a Partner on 1st September 2016. Based in Leeds, Maggie will add significantly to the firm’s project management capabilities in both change management and built asset delivery.
Both Toby and Maggie have worked with Conor for many years. All three are leading professionals in their chosen markets with international reputations for delivering successful capital projects and healthcare asset management. Their combined experience includes over 150 healthcare commissions with a capital value of more than £12 billion. They have particular experience with primary, community, social care and acute hospitals in major UK cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. Additionally, they have international experience in more than 20 countries supporting investors in healthcare facilities and private hospital groups from feasibility assessment through to operational delivery of new assets.
The team is recognised for its ability to deliver significant revenue saving expertise, often delivering 15 times return on investments to clients and freeing funds to support operational delivery or create additional assets.
Combined with the firm’s existing capabilities, the addition of these professionals means Citrica LLP will have one of the UK’s leading team of Design Quality Indicator facilitators, delivering proven government methodology to project appraisals.
