Paul, who inherits the struggling bookstore "Othello's Books," finds himself at the heart of a complex narrative that intricately weaves together the strands of loss, love, courage, and identity.

For over a decade, Hixon's life experiences, including his neurodiversity and passion for writing, resonate powerfully throughout his work.
