Press release from: Radio4Humans

Radio4Humans, the internet station focusing on the needs of handicapped people and Radio4Humans e.V. (e.V. = Foundation) invite you to show handicapped children and adults that they are not alone.

Social and business market development is using the medium ‚internet’ more and more. There are not many radio stations that engage themselves in the needs of handicapped people and that broadcast about them. Radio4Humans brings the web radio a bit closer to children and teenagers that have to fight with problems every day.

It surely is no easy task to install a radio program dealing with topics of interest to handicapped people, which supplies information and presents new developments on this sector. However, Radio4Humans sensibly deals with various topics – also in order to cut down barriers in peoples’ heads a little bit.

Studios in Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany and the US collect information on a day to day basis in order to distribute it directly to their audience worldwide.

In addition interviews and live reports can be obtained on the homepage of Radio4Humans. A music news magazine informs about current media releases. There is also a forum where handicapped people and their families can ask questions which will be answered by experts. These questions can also be the basis for special reports on the station.

In order to guarantee a smooth management of Radio4Humans the Society ‚Radio4Humans e.V.’ has been founded. You can also join this society and your participation fee will help to achieve the goals of Radio4Humans.

One of the societies main focus is the support and development of our youth acitvities – especially concentrating on handicapped children and adolescents, but also supporting handicapped people in general. We support projects that are focussing on the interests of teenagers and adolescents. They are encouraged to develop, participate and decide in these projects in order to train their self-determination and encourage them to take up social responsibility. The first partner is the Berufsbildungswerk Potsdam.
