Novotech Announces New IoT eBusiness Portal & Expanded Reseller Program

Ottawa, ON, May 31, 2016 – Novotech Technologies, a distributor of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) / Internet of Things (IoT) products, services and solutions, today announced the launch of its new eBusiness Portal along with an expanded Reseller Program. Dedicated to the M2M/IoT industry, Novotech’s online portal creates a new marketplace designed to enhance all customer service touchpoints. The expanded Reseller Program builds on existing success with new opportunities and incentives being presented through the eBusiness Portal.

As one of the largest M2M/IoT Distributors in North America, Novotech has relationships with many leading manufacturers of modems, modules, antennas and most recently signal boosters. Establishing an eBusiness Portal to showcase all product and service lines, while also ensuring customer experience excellence across all channels, has been an ongoing priority for Novotech throughout this project.

-Download detailed product and service information
-Purchase online using credit or existing terms
-Check the status of orders
-Print invoices
-Live chat with sales or support

Self-serve activities on the new eBusiness Portal will complement Novotech’s own sales and service teams. “For customers who know exactly what they’re looking for, buying online makes sense,” says Richard Hobbs. “But for customers who want help choosing what’s right for their specific application, our team is one call or click away.” To encourage customers to register, Novotech is offering a limited time 10% discount promotion for online orders.

Novotech’s in-house sales and service teams are in addition to its well-established core reseller network that is currently comprised of more than 1,000 salespeople in over 100 companies. With new Reseller Program incentives, Novotech anticipates that their main reseller channel will at least double by end of year.
