FlyPharma Returns to Vienna for 8th European Conference
FlyPharma, the platform for the pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain industry, is excited to announce its return to Vienna for its eighth European conference on 23-24 October 2024. Building on the success of last year's event, FlyPharma Vienna 2024 will bring together industry experts to delve deeper into the challenges and opportunities specific to the region, and further afield.Vienna's success as the host location for a very strong conference in 2023 makes it the ideal choice for 2024. Offering a platform for networking, knowledge exchange and collaboration, the conference will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive workshops and a new site tour of Vienna Airport, courtesy of FlyPharma's Host Sponsor, Vienna AirportCity.
Why Attend?
Chaired by Céline Crahay, Managing Director of 3CeL, and with Sanofi and MSD already lined up to speak, FlyPharma Vienna is set to be a must-attend event once more. Delegates can expect to gain invaluable perspectives on key industry trends, regulatory updates and technological advancements shaping the future of pharmaceutical logistics. Sustainability will be a key focus following Vienna Airport's finalist nomination for TIACA's Air Cargo Sustainability Awards.
Vienna's central European location and excellent transportation links make it an attractive choice for hosting FlyPharma. The city's strong emphasis on healthcare research and innovation, coupled with a well-established logistics infrastructure, contributes to its appeal.
Co-located with FlyPharma, Vienna Cargo Day will also take place one day prior to the conference on 22 October. This separate event focuses on the sustainability of all cargo topics at Vienna Airport and further supports Vienna Airport's status as a progressive, community-based logistics hub.
Wolfgang Scheibenpflug, Senior Vice President Real Estate and Landside Management, Vienna Airport, expressed excitement about the return of FlyPharma to Vienna:
"The various services of our AirportCity offer our guests a perfect environment for a successful event. So we are delighted that Flypharma is taking place at Vienna Airport again this year. We look forward to many international participants and inspiring meetings."
