Customizable gFM-Business ERP software released in new version 7.1.

The Northern German software manufacturer gofilemaker has released its customizable ERP software for Apple Mac, Windows and iOS in the updated version 7.1. The ERP system consists of a CRM, inventory management, invoicing and many other modules and is based on the Claris FileMaker platform. This allows users to tailor the ERP software with FileMaker Pro to individual requirements on Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows. The software has been on the market for a decade and has now been released in an updated version.

Customizable and Scalable on Apple Mac, Windows and iOS

The gFM-Business ERP software can be used in small to large businesses because it is operable both as standalone and in a network with multiple users. Adjustments can also be made in real-time operation with FileMaker Pro while using the network. In this way, new business processes can be integrated and automated in no time.

The ERP software can be used on Apple macOS, Microsoft Windows, and on mobile iOS devices. For network usage, FileMaker Server is available, which can share the ERP software over the network and the internet for collaborative use. The connection is made via an integrated SSL encryption and requires no additional VPN.

DATEV export without split bookings

The updated version 7.1 of gFM-Business includes a new option that allows DATEV exports of booking data to be performed as gross values without split bookings. Depending on which software the exported DATEV file will be further used with, the file can contain either split bookings with net value and sales tax or pure gross values. In the latter option, the software independently calculates the sales tax from the gross values, with which the DATEV file will further be used.

Optimized input of new email addresses

The CRM module of the gFM-Business 7.1 ERP software now includes an improved and time-saving method for recording new email addresses. Email address fields now also contain a popup menu that includes the most common possible combinations of first and last names when first opened, which can then just be selected with a mouse click. If the popup menu is opened a second time, it contains the most common email providers such as GMX, iCloud, or Google Mail for the selected name combination. This way, even with complicated names, email addresses do not have to be retyped but can conveniently and time-efficiently just be selected.

Inventory list and outgoing goods list in inventory management

Inventory management in gFM-Business 7.1 includes a new print layout "Inventory List," making inventory even more comfortable. The list can simply be printed from any called-up result set (e.g., active inventory status or stock >0) and besides all key data on the item, also contains the barcode for scanning and a field for manual entry of the counted quantity to match the item's stock collectively in a later process.

The stock log in inventory management now includes a new print layout "Outgoing Goods List" and selection fields in which the period for creating an outgoing goods list can be specified. In addition to the warehouse movements, the outgoing goods list includes the net value of the warehouse position and can be generated for either the active item or all called items.

gFM-Business 7 with ChatGPT AI integration

In addition to many other new features, the new gFM-Business 7 ERP software also includes an integration of ChatGPT to create AI-assisted documents or any texts automatically. For this, any queries to ChatGPT can be predefined in the settings, which the user can then comfortably and dialog-controlled execute. The updated gFM-Business 7.1 ERP software is now also available as a 30-day trial version for download.

gFM-Business Light is the standalone version of gFM-Business Professional and is available as an app solution and priced at 399 euros*. The standalone version of the client-capable database solution gFM-Business Professional is priced at 799 euros**. The multi-user license of gFM-Business Professional is available at prices starting from 1,299 euros**. All prices are possible plus FileMaker licenses.

gFM-Business Custom includes a user account for editing all screen masks and list views with FileMaker. In addition to all print layouts, all screen masks can also be edited with FileMaker Pro in layout mode with gFM-Business Custom, and new tables, fields, and languages (with the support of Google Translate and Deepl Pro) can be added. gFM-Business Custom Professional is available as a standalone version at prices starting from 1,799 euros**, and as a multi-user license from 2,499 euros**.

As an open license, gFM-Business includes an administrator user account for customizing and expanding the entire software. The open license of gFM-Business Basic is available as a multi-user license at a price of 2,499 euros**, and of gFM-Business Professional from 6,999 euros**. Upon request, the open license is also available as an unlimited license with an unlimited number of users.
