Leading Anodising and Polished Aluminum Company to Launch New Website

Birmingham, West Midlands (15 January, 2016) – Badger Anodising (Birmingham) Ltd, a leading anodising and polished aluminum company will launch a newly designed website. The company has commissioned a reputable web designer based in the UK to take on the task of revamping the look and functionality of the current website. The company is hoping to unveil the new website sometime during February or March this year.

A representative of Badger Anodising explains that the company has decided on a new website for two main reasons. “The first being to make it easier for our site visitors to see exactly what it is we can offer them from the home page more easily. This is because most of our visitors enter the website via the home page.” As web design leans toward customer-centric layouts, it only makes sense for companies to take into account what their respective consumers need. The goal of customer-centric web design is to envision the customer’s journey through the website and optimize it to improve experience.

As the number of smartphone users continue to rise in the UK and everywhere else in the world, the need for mobile-responsive websites also increase. According to a survey conducted by ComScore, there are around 49,500,000 smartphone users in the UK alone. That amounts to around 64 per cent of the population. Badger Anodising went on to say that “The second reason is because even though we are mobile compliant as per Google Rules, the mobile version of our website is extremely plain so we want to make that look better for mobile and tablet visitors. We are now seeing an increase in mobile traffic so it makes sense to make those visitors more engaged with our site as well.”
