Borlas Consulting Group optimized payroll accounting process for Uralkali

Borlas Consulting Group, the Oracle corporation platinum partner, optimized efficiency of the software solution providing Uralkali employees payroll accounting. Now it takes not more than half an hour to perform payroll accounting for over 11 000 Uralkali employees.

In this project the highly skilled joint team including database administrators, software developers and payroll processors managed to reduce payroll accounting time from 9 hours to 30 minutes for a fortnight. In the result of the data configuration and contents used by the Oracle Payroll localized module analysis, the data-base queries and software code were optimized. Consequently, load on the database which other ERP-systems modules deal with is decreased and payroll accounting time is reduced by times.
