A decade back, the IT learning & development industry was largely dominated by unorganized players​. With the surge of Outsourcing services booming Indian economy​, SpringPeople, lead by Ravi & Peeush, ​pioneered the e-learning marketplace.

Peeush Bajpai, started his career as software engineer, eventually moved on to professional services, learning & development for large corporates like VMware & SpringSource (now Pivotal). Being in the industry for more than a decade, he realized a lot of the niche technologies like Spring, have a huge potential in India. Peeush decided to bring the Indian workforce up to speed with the emerging technologies and that’s how SpringPeople was born in 2009.

Ravi & Peeush, are IIT BHU Alumni and eventually joined hands to ​Build, Grow and make SpringPeople​, a well established brand.

7 years later SpringPeople is a global premier ​e-commerce player, perfecting the e-learning marketplace. Partnering with parent organizations behind ​emerging technologies, SpringPeople delivers authentic and most comprehensive training on related topics. We are now ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 10002:2014 certified which means we aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements enhancing customer satisfaction by creating a customer-focused environment that is open to feedback (including complaints), resolving any complaints received, and enhancing the organization's ability to improve its product and customer service.

The company signed its first educational delivery partnership with SpringSource (now Pivotal - a spin-out and joint venture of EMC Corporation and VMware), and that’s how registered its name as "SPRINGPEOPLE SOFTWARE PVT. LTD."

The initial challenges were to get these technology creators to sign up with us - establishing credibility, getting subject matter experts, who could be certified and eventually run session on each of the technologies. The second partnership came in a year later with Mulesoft. It isn't a smooth ride ever, but due diligence and perseverance has made SpringPeople a proud certified education services delivery partner with 6 technology innovators including Hortonworks, Elastic and EMC and from a 2 member team to a 50 team corporate.

We believe that eCommerce has changed the way we live and “online” is the way forward. With this belief the organization is being shaped to have dedicated Marketing and Product management team – essential as it is, challenging as well being a startup to grow its manpower, until they have investor support.

While SpringPeople is the dedicated knowledge delivery partners for some large MNC's, we are transforming to give the IT workforce the power of "Choice" - The Choice of learning new technologies at convenient times and using their own mode - Online Live or Classroom without compromising on the quality and technology content.
