Orlando in top three US rental returns
Orlando apartment rental returns are grew at around 9% on average in the year to March 2016, according to the Apartment List rentonomics website (https://www.apartmentlist.com/rentonomics), taking it into the top three in the United States.
The average rental for a one-bed apartment stands at around $950 and for a two-bed apartment $1,100, up 1.2% over the last month alone.
