“Orlando is the top tourist destination in the United States, with more than 66million visiting in 2015 and many making a bee-line for Universal and Disney theme parks.

“With such a high demand for holiday accommodation, it’s no wonder that Central Florida is a hotspot for international property investors who are looking to maximise rental income and capital gains in a market that has consistent rising prices.

“Add to that the fact that Feltrim Group operates a comprehensive property management service, which takes the worry out of renting, and it’s easy to see whey the region is so popular with overseas investors from China, South America and the UK, among others.”

Feltrim Group’s newest development is the luxury lakeside project, Balmoral at Waters Edge, which is within half an hour of Universal and WaltDisneyWorld parks and just 10 minutes from the popular LEGOLAND Florida theme park at Winter Haven.
