Anthem, AZ - October 16, 2023 - By The Bucket, the beloved Scottsdale-based takeout restaurant chain, is now announcing its new corporate rebranding and menu repositioning, along with the grand re-opening of its Anthem location. The revitalized restaurant company will feature an attractive new menu strategy, repositioning from its legacy Hot Spaghetti To Go identity. The new upgraded, expanded offering is now Gourmet Pasta and Salads To Go.

The company's decision to reposition and expand the By The Bucket menu is rooted in its focus on its local communities and listening to its customers. "Our customers love our spaghetti and meatballs, but they asked for a more diverse takeout menu that includes a range of quality pastas, sauces, and salads at a value price," says Tim Krieger, owner of By The Bucket. "We are driven by our customer desires, and since there is no comparable offering in the restaurant market today, we expect tremendous demand for our new menu."



By The Bucket's Expanded High-Quality Menu

With the company's new tagline of Gourmet Pasta and Salads To Go, customers can expect greater quality, convenience, and value. By The Bucket's various gourmet pasta dishes are created with fresh ingredients using a slow drying process at low temperatures. This lets the pasta harmonize deliciously with various sauces. A range of delicious fresh salads will be offered to go, attractively priced at only $7.79.



Grand Re-Opening Details

In partnership with the Anthem Area Chamber of Commerce and L'Entrata, the special event will take place at at 41111 N Daisy Mountain Dr, Anthem, AZ.

Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 5pm. A range of special offers and complimentary tastings will be available for guests who attend the grand re-opening. Live music will be performed and wine specials will be available from L'Entrata.



Supporting The Community: By The Bucket Donates to Youth For Troops

By The Bucket is committed to giving back to its local community.

In celebration of its grand re-opening, the company will donate $1,000 to Youth For Troops, an Anthem-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting active military personnel and veterans.



For the grand re-opening event, volunteers of Youth For Troops will be raffling prizes. One fortunate winner will enjoy a year of free salads and another will enjoy a year of free spaghetti from By The Bucket.
