Some of those things change for the better; however, if changes impact people's lives they are told to move on with their lives, because changes in life keeps us living. There are many essentials that keep life living, and one happens to be water. As water changes form from liquid to vapor; it allows living organisms to take advantage of its life-giving properties. As of the 21st century is there an Arizona water scarcity issue or has it become a global problem? According to Arizona's House Representative Austin Smith the scientific community is wrong about Arizona having a water scarcity issue, and the hotter temperatures as well as the 20 year drought is normal. In his own words," If a scientist is not a long term resident of Arizona then how can they say what is normal or not." As many panelists spoke on behalf of the American Conservation Coalition at the location of Phoenix Beer Company founded in November 2019 by 8 board of directors all co-owners; many attendees were on pause as if they were confused on the answer for the question will there be enough water in Arizona's future! As forever chemicals from pollution in sky contaminate the rain, and the soil that grows food; a question was asked, " What are the short, and long-term solutions for the water scarcity problem." The reply from the panel was to use less, and conserve more. Will the increasing heat waves from the solar energy build up in the lower atmosphere take that advice? According to the United Nations in the month of July it became the hottest month on record, and has transitioned into the era of global boiling.
