Kadampa Meditation Center LA is hosting Public Talk on The Inner Science Of Meditation

Nationally renowned Buddhist teacher Gen Kelsang Rigpa is coming to the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre on Saturday afternoon September 30, 5:00-6.30 p.m. to give a public talk about "The Inner Science Of Meditation." The event is followed by refreshments and snacks.
"Meditation is a very beautiful ancient inner technology that everyone can learn. These inner scientific methods are proven to work. We can definitely accomplish the same results as many yogis have done in the past and learn to develop a peaceful happy mind all the time," Kelsang Rigpa has said.
American Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Rigpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Los Angeles and the Western US National Spiritual Director for the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen Rigpa's heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone.
Registration for this event (MeditateInLA.org) is recommended. Admission is $20. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. The Barnsdall Gallery Theatre is located in the Barnsdall Art Park, 4814 Hollywood Boulevard, just west of Vermont Avenue. Everyone is Welcome!
