Coffee Coalition for Racial Equity Welcomes Kim Dreux-Kelly as New Executive Director

Atlanta, Georgia - The Coffee Coalition for Racial Equity (CCRE) is delighted to announce the appointment of Kim Dreux-Kelly, as its new Executive Director. Kim Dreux-Kelly officially assumed the role on September 1st bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to guide the organization's mission of promoting racial equity within the coffee industry.
Kim Dreux-Kelly is uniquely positioned to lead CCRE in its pursuit of creating pathways for all within the coffee industry. The organization is dedicated to addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and Kim shares in the commitment to drive positive change.
"We are thrilled to have Kim join our team as the new Executive Director," said Phyllis Johnson, Founder and Board Chair. "With her strong leadership skills, experience in diversity and equity, and a vision that aligns seamlessly with CCRE's mission, we are confident that Kim will play a pivotal role in advancing our goals."
As Executive Director, Kim will oversee strategic planning, partnership development, and collaboration with stakeholders across the industry. Her role will be crucial in promoting an inclusive organizational culture, fostering transparency, and building a strong network of supporters who share CCRE's vision.
