Merchants NY Cafe'
Merchants New York Café is the first of its kind in the Merchants family – designed in European Bistro style with white chairs, light wood, antiquated mirrors and white tile floor the space offers a refreshingly bright open ambience. It is the perfect spot to gather after work or celebrate that special occasion with a dinner part. Accommodating up to 200 guests we aim to please and entertain with lively music, daring specialty cocktails, and a wide variety of food.
Merchants New York Café serves contemporary American cuisine with French and Italian influences. Offering such classics as French Onion Soup, Spicy Tuna Tartar, Rosemary and Garlic marinated Bistro Chicken, a towering Lobster Club sandwich and grilled Atlantic Salmon. Merchants New York Café also offers a full bar with the perfect wines and spirits to compliment any dining experience.
Located directly in the heart of New York’s FiDi district, and easily reached by the 1, 9, E, R, W 4, 5 trains; Merchants NY café offers a unique European flare to this booming downtown area. With our large outdoor café guests can enjoy a quiet night by the fire, relaxing with friends and family, or a candlelit dinner by one of our outdoor heaters in cooler weather. Canopied in large orange umbrellas our outside café also offers the perfect shelter from rain or glaring sun.
Merchant's Cafe has a comfortable atmosphere, charming attentive staff, and delicious menu you could come by anytime, whether it be to have brunch with the whole family or to enjoy a cognac by the fire before heading home. We invite you to come create cozy moments at Merchants NY Café.
