About Swan Knight Distillery: Swan Knight Distillery is a nod to the gold and enamel 13th century amulet found in Bedfordshire. It is likely that the amulet was a gift and is related to the legend of the Swan Knight. Legend has it that he returned from battle in a boat towed by a Swan. The distillery has its headquarters in Bedford and supports local businesses.
