Samhammer AG appoints Dr. Philipp V. Ramin new Chairman of the Supervisory Board

New member of the supervisory board of Samhammer AG as well as elected chairman of the supervisory board with focus on digitalization and digital transformation is Dr. Philipp Ramin from i40 - future skills company.

As an innovative company for ai-assisted service excellence, Samhammer supports leading companies in technical helpdesk, rollout management and logistics and also focuses on ai-powered assistants and knowledge logistics platforms, bots and intelligent self-services across industries. With its subsidiary TIKI Technological Institute for Applied Artificial Intelligence, Samhammer AG has been focusing on the expansion and use of AI in a future-oriented manner since 2017. The latest child of Samhammer AG is the METIS platform, a human-machine interface solution to generate company-specific trained data models that enable large-language models such as ChatGPT for everyday business, so-called ai-assisted services.
