"The future doesn't begin tomorrow, it begins within you."
The future is not a distant vision - it begins within us. Dr. Frederik G. Pferdt, one of the world's leading innovation thinkers, is coming to the LMU Munich School of Management as a special guest as part of the Zukunftsgeist Tour 2025 - exactly on the day of the publication of his new book "Radikal Besser - entfache den Zukunftsgeist in Dir" (Radically Better - Ignite the Future Spirit Within You).
The media call Frederik the "Dr. of Innovation", the "Pope of Creativity" and "one of the masterminds of Silicon Valley". As the first Chief Innovation Evangelist at Google, he shaped one of the most creative corporate cultures in the world, founded Google's Innovation Lab and inspired hundreds of thousands of people around the world - from NASA and the United Nations to the German national football team, Adidas and governments in over 25 countries. Frederik teaches at Stanford University and inspires people worldwide to shape a better future.
In his keynote, Frederik shows how creative thinking and a radical future mindset unleash innovation. With insights from his work with global companies, institutions and governments, he provides new perspectives for a future-oriented mindset - and encourages us to be innovative and actively shape change.
Afterwards, Frederik will discuss with Prof. Dr. Johann Kranz, one of the leading experts on digital innovation and platform economics at the LMU Munich School of Management, Dr. Rahild Neuburger, Senior Academic Councillor at the LMU Munich School of Management and Managing Director of the MÜNCHNER KREIS, and Dr. Philipp V. Ramin, CEO of i40 - the future skills company and expert on future skills and digital competence development. Together, they will take a look at the role of innovation and a forward-looking spirit in a rapidly changing world.
The event will be moderated by Anne Koark, bestselling author, winner of the Lady Business Award and the Special Prize at the Grand Prix for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and co-host of the Digital Competence Podcast.
