Chelsey says, "Healing from mental health and trauma disorders is a complex process, which often requires many different interventions and modalities. As a therapist, I have continuously witnessed people struggle in-between therapy sessions, resulting in overwhelming symptoms."
She further states, "I developed this App to provide a self-guided tool that people can use throughout their healing journey, in conjunction with and/or after therapy. I believe that daily doses of coping and regulation skills will compound into a strong foundation where people can blossom."

Chelsey is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) who received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Case Western Reserve University in 2016. Chelsey is a trained EMDRIA therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She is also trained in advanced modalities of trauma therapy including Somatic Experiencing® and Structural Dissociation theory.
