The foundation provides general prescriptions at Rs 30/- and medicines free of cost for the first three days of the prescribed medication period to all patients. The Shantidevi Jawaharmal Chandan Day Care and Diagnostic Centre, established in 2012, operates a full-fledged Medical Day Care Centre, Dialysis Centre, Cost-to-cost Pharmacy, and Dispensary. In its decade-long operations, the foundation has benefited approximately 500,000 patients, including 37,000 dialysis patients, 9,300 cataract operations, 100,000 X-Rays, and scans, with over 280 Free Camps conducted. In 2020, the foundation inaugurated the blood bank, which is operated by Medway Hospitals in Kodambakkam. The dialysis center of the foundation provides services at a subsidized cost of Rs 500/- to needy patients.
