The Erasmus project "Expand your frontiers in high technical skills and public speaking": A transnational initiative to develop the art of public speaking

[Paris-France] - Today we are delighted to present the Erasmus project "Expand your frontiers in high technical skills and public speaking," a 24-month transnational collaboration between Portugal, Russia, Romania, Italy, Turkey, and France. Coordinated by the structure PARAGRAF International France, this innovative collaboration resulted in the creation of various free tools aimed at improving public speaking skills.

The project, funded by the French national agency Erasmus+, had as its main objective to meet the growing need for effective communication skills in today's world. By bringing together partners from different countries, the project was able to combine diverse cultural approaches to create unique resources accessible to all.

The results of this ambitious project are divided into three main areas:

1- Good Practice Guide on Public Speaking (IO1): Project partners worked together to develop a detailed and practical guide that provides tips, techniques, and tricks to improve public speaking skills. This guide will be a valuable resource for students, professionals, and anyone wishing to improve their public confidence.

2- Educational Video Platform (IO2): In an ever-changing digital world, the project has developed an interactive online platform that offers an extensive collection of educational videos. These videos cover various aspects of public speaking, from stress management to structuring a compelling speech. Users will be able to access this platform for free and learn at their own pace.

3- Virtual reality application to overcome stress during public speaking (IO3): One of the major challenges in public speaking is stress management. To help learners overcome this barrier, the project developed an immersive virtual reality application. This app allows users to practice in realistic virtual environments, where they can practice their public speaking skills while receiving personalized guidance to manage their stress. This app will be available for free to interested users.

Thanks to the commitment and collaboration of all partners, the project has succeeded in creating quality resources, accessible to all and free of charge. This will allow individuals from all walks of life to develop their public speaking skills, building their confidence and ability to speak in front of an audience.
