Routeique, Amii, and Big Rock Brewery Launch AI-Enabled Warehouse Digital Twin With Support From Scale AI

Routeique, a Canadian company specializing in supply chain technology, professional services, and 3PL management, has announced their latest project, an AI-Enabled Warehouse Digital Twin, which will provide insights into warehouse optimization, and is a method to visualize that information and model the impacts of different scenarios.

Even in a world increasingly concerned with supply chain disruptions, it is common for businesses not to have a full picture of the data and info they are working with. This solution will bring insights and data closer to the people who need to use it and provide them with the critical insights they need to grow their businesses.

"What's at the core of it is two things: make what you have work really well, and be able to plan for the future," says Brent Bawel, VP Product at Routeique, "[The AI-Enabled Warehouse Digital Twin] will help warehouses run smoothly but also allow them to grow and see how growth is able to impact those operations. The engine underneath that is the AI/ML, and the digital twin is a way to share and contextualize that information."

This project has a total value of 3.5 million, including funding support from Scale AI, Canada's AI Incubator. It will be created in partnership with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii). The completed project will then be adopted by Big Rock Brewery, one of Canada's largest craft breweries.

The project will be finalized in late 2023. "This project will unlock powerful insights that will help us streamline our warehouse processes which will ultimately help us deliver products as efficiently as possible."
