Pais Panthers Athletic Director Keith Graves Talks Expectations For Sports Program
PAIS Panthers is a member of the Association Of Yangon Successful International Schools (AYSIS), which is one of the toughest new leagues in Asia. Promise is also the first in a system of schools providing quality English medium education for the young generation of Myanmar, equipping them for life in the national and global community. PAIS principal is James Lewis, who is also listed as a top 25 principal in Myanmar schools!
Promise An International School (PAIS) sports program has added a major tougher schedule than before, including games all over Myanmar & in Thailand. Asia is a great place to coach, and I am so thrilled to be here coaching: Last 3 years I have coached in China, Vietnam & Hong Kong, but now I have found my home here in Myanmar," Keith said! PAIS also requires all student athletes to have a 2.9 GPA or higher to be eligible to participate in sports as this is great. It's always great to win championships, but my main goal is to get these student athletes to the next level," Keith said.
So far, Keith has won 1 National Championship, 2 Regional Championships, 5 Provincial Championships, 4 Hong Kong Championships, & 6 coach of the year awards! Keith is also signed with Van Pelt Sports Management. Van Pelt Sports Management has opened so many doors for me, and I am very thankful to have Matt Van Pelt & His Staff," Keith said.
