ALT Partners with Realty Developer for Quality Lighting & Living
Lighting is something people generally overlook, but is nevertheless one of the most important aspects of a space or venue. Lighting to a space is like eyes to the human: you do not realize how imperative it is until it is taken away from you. A place would look entirely different with good lighting as opposed to poor lighting. And therefore ALT (Aeon Lighting Technology) decided to partner up with a Taiwanese developer- Hung Hsuan Developer to develop a safe residential building with quality lighting system.
The modern apartment complex is designed for young couples, small families and bachelor/bachelorettes. The understated luxurious pads have high ceilings and a simple yet stylish design. A major role that ALT plays in this apartment building is its building façade and public lighting. Why is this important? First of all, LED is extremely energy-saving; secondly, ALT is known for its product quality and therefore lasting for a long long time is not an issue, and this assurance is backed up by a 5-year warranty policy provided by the manufacturer. There will be little to no maintenance, reducing also labor costs.
This is the first time ever a realty developer and an LED lighting manufacturer have partnered up to provide a safer and more energy-saving environment. The apartments sold like hot cakes, selling over 70% in just a few months. ALT and Hong Hsuan Developer’s joint project could provide consumer much better lighting quality and an overall quality living standard.
