Efficient powder management with OptiCenter
OptiCenter OC02
The core of this new powder center is the OptiSpeeder II. This unique container concept prevents any loss of powder during the fluidization and coating process. Control of the entire powder circuit is done fully automatically and extremely precise. The result is an optimized low powder consumption and excellent coating result.
The OptiSpeeder II is equipped with an automatic fresh powder supply and a powder-level control system which guarantees a constant powder level and a perfect mixture of recovered and fresh powder. The suction pipes for the injectors are considerably shorter than in conventional powder centers.
These features translate into a more consistent and uniform powder flow and improved coating results.
The powder recovery system is based on the proven OptiFeed powder pumps from Gema. These pumps convey the powder gently to the OptiSpeeder. The OptiFeed pumps do not have any moving parts and therefore require only minimum maintenance.
The OptiCenter can be configured according to specific demands with different options, e.g. ultrasonic sieve and fresh powder supply from hoppers or Big Bag.
The Gema OptiCenter is suitable for the usage of the injector technology as well as the OptiSpray pump technology.
Customers benefit from clean working conditions due to a completely closed loop powder circuit and very quick color changes thanks to a fully integrated color change concept and automated cleaning process.
The compact and space-saving design as well as the optimal process control and intuitive operation via Touch Panel make the OptiCenter the first choice in powder management.
