For 90 years, TSCHAN has been a household name for non-shiftable, mechanic shaft couplings heavy-duty engineering. The Neunkirchen company does not only supply the mining and construction machinery industry but their products are also used in the iron and steel production industry as well as cement works and offshore companies. "We deliberately focus on locations within Germany and provide our demanding customers with technical know-how at the highest level," says Mr. Moka. By focusing on sustainable growth and being very selective in acquisition activities, RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION GMBH has been developing the product range further and further. The company’s goal is for its customers to benefit from the carefree operation of their plants. Now, with its four trademarks - RINGFEDER, TSCHAN, GERWAH and ECOLOC - RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION GMBH, which is part of the Swedish VBG Group, is looking at generating a total turnover of 45 million euros this year.

While RINGFEDER and ECOLOC are taking the lead globally in the areas of locking and damping products, the GERWAH trademark stands for non-shiftable, elastic couplings and safety couplings for lower torques.
