Klaus Sindel, new Director Product Segment Industrial Solutions at Bühler Motor
These changes further strengthen Bühler Motor’s engagement in their core markets within the Industrial Solutions fields: building automation, agriculture, transportation and logistics.
Klaus Sindel (46) previously worked at Portescap, a Danaher Corporation subsidiary, as Manager Europe for Business Development and Strategy and Account Management in Industrial Markets.
With Klaus Sindel’s many years in the marketing and distribution of small and micro electric motors and as a “Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) für Elektrotechnik”, he has the perfect capability and experience to combine the technical requirements of customer applications with a R&D developers’ resources.
"Klaus Sindel is not only an experienced sales person with an excellent knowledge of our international target markets, but also a technically-competent contact for our customers. We are very pleased to have him on board,” says Peter Muhr, President and CEO of Bühler Motor GmbH.
After having graduated from FH Augsburg in 1996, Klaus Sindel started as an automation product hardware and software planning project engineer. From 1997 to 2009, he worked in sales for Crouzet GmbH, ultimately working his way to Sales Manager for micro motors, responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Before he joined Portescap in 2010 as Segment Manager Europe, Klaus Sindel had worked as a Sales Manager focusing on the development and organization of the sales team, at ESR Pollmeier GmbH, also a specialist for electric drives.
Klaus Sindel is from the Augsburg region and the father of a 2-year-old son. His hobbies are tennis, diving and skiing and his special interests are foreign cultures and countries.
