Q1 Productions to Host Innovative Meeting Management Conference in March

(Chicago, IL) -- This March 10-11, meeting planners from the world’s leading life science companies will join together in New Orleans for Q1 Productions’ 2014 Innovative Meeting Management conference. Attendees for this inaugural event will include a vast array of meeting planners from the pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic industries, as well as representatives from several of major hotel chains, destination management firms, meeting planning organizations, and solution provider companies.

Alongside the economic challenges, regulatory requirements including the Physician Payment Sunshine Act are resulting in amplified workloads for life science media planners as they track and manage aggregate spend. Despite the mounting pressures to remain compliant with current regulations, event managers are striving to successfully engage audiences and provide truly unique and memorable programs and events.

The IMM 2014 promises to be stand-out program that will include fresh perspectives on new topics and ensure all attendees will walk away with a wealth of knowledge.

Keeping with the conference’s theme of innovation, the world famous Second City will provide this year’s keynote presentation.
