According to Pluris President Espen Robak, “With our newly-formed Real Estate Appraisal Group, we are now well positioned to expand our service offerings to our existing estate and gift tax, and portfolio valuation clients.”

“Pluris has built a team of respected professionals who are among the best in their field,” added Kyle Vataha, Vice President and head of the Newport Beach office. “With his two decades of experience preparing real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies, Steve brings added depth to our team. Before joining Lee & Associates, Henry was a Senior Vice President with FMV Opinions, Inc. in Irvine, where he was responsible for business development and work flow operations, and oversaw valuation of and consulting for complex, high-value properties.
