BATCAM1.0 is an ultrasonic camera that anyone can use conveniently because of its intuitive visualization technology. Even non-experts can easily use BATCAM1.0, since it is simple to operate and provides visualization of ultrasound occurrence location. In addition, users can quickly diagnose, easily view and share measurement results by image or video, since BATCAM 1.0 films a wide range in real-time and shows multiple noise sources.
Hardware for BATCAM 1.0 includes ultrasonic sensors in 30 channels, high-resolution optical cameras, fast and convenient touch screens, and an innovative design in a portable form.

Visualizing the Ultrasound:
As high-pressured gas passed through a small in the pipe, the vibration generates ultra-sonic waves.
The sensor arrays of BATCAM analyze the intensity and sequence of the received signals to locate the sound source.
Optimized Detection Range:
Through numerous tests, SMI optimized the frequency detection range.
The sound from gas leaks is maximized while the surrounding noises are kept to a minimum.
As a result, BATCAM can detect the accurate location of gas leaks in an outdoor environment.
