Advanced Ultrasonic and Visual Detection
BATCAM FX combines ultrasonic microphone technology with an optical video camera to visualize and measure both acoustic and visual data simultaneously. This allows accurate localization of gas or air leakage and the identification of electrical abnormalities such as partial discharge. Even in noisy industrial sites, the system's digital filter technology isolates relevant ultrasonic signals up to 100 kHz, ensuring highly accurate and consistent detection.
The camera features 112 digital MEMS microphones, significantly enhancing its sensitivity and spatial resolution. This high-channel array allows precise acoustic imaging and real-time visualization of sound pressure distribution, making it ideal for early detection of air leaks, compressed gas leakage, and electrical discharge in complex facilities.
