Intersog, global provider of IT staffing and managed IT services, opens a new office in Germany in order to boost business activities and brand awareness on the German speaking market in general and in Western Europe in particular. The new office will be headed by Andreas Ganswindt, sales and marketing professional and consultant with an extensive experience in high-tech industry.

According to Vadim Chernega, Intersog’s VP Business Development, opening an office in Germany is a strategic step aimed to bring the company to the next stage of business maturity and establish a positive image on the German speaking markets.

“Setting a footprint in Germany is a critical milestone in the way of Intersog’s corporate development,” says Vadim Chernega. “While having a very positive experience of cooperating with German clients such as windeln.de, we realize the peculiarities of doing business with German companies and the importance of physical presence on the market. Although many German companies already use Ukraine-based service providers to staff and execute their IT projects, the benefits of building own Dedicated Development Teams in Ukraine with no HR, administrative or infrastructure hassle are yet to be discovered by a broader business community.”

Intersog is moving to Berlin in order to help more companies meet their IT and software development demands by providing access to a large pool of qualified IT resources nearshore.

Commenting on his appointment as Intersog’s Country Manager for Germany, Andreas Ganswindt says:

“Over the years Berlin has become the "Silicon-Valley" of Germany. No other city can report as many foundations of IT start-ups, community events or present as many success stories such as Zalando or Zanox as Berlin does. Certainly, Rocket Internet’s outstanding performance has significantly contributed to this shift.

As the local labor market cannot sufficiently provide resources for its Software Development demands, Nearshore models like Intersog’s one are key for start-ups to fulfill their time-to-market strategies.”

Intersog believes expanding operations to Germany has been the right decision that will create a new page in the company’s history and help establish a track record of a reliable long-term strategic partner for German companies’ software development and IT staffing solutions.
