BEKA capillary tube mats in standard blue (right) and other colours

BEKA capillary tube mats in standard blue (right) and other colours

BEKA capillary tube mats are now available also in other colours then blue. The company BEKA thereby fulfils wishes from the market and proves to be expert in the production of capillary tube mats.
This diversification is possible due to previous investments and newly acquired knowhow. Now capillary tube mats are completely manufactured at the BEKA production: from extruding capillaries and collector pipes to injection moulding of spacers. The spacers are manufactured on the injection moulding machine that was ordered by BEKA last year.
Naturally, the production of mats in other colours then blue is not new for BEKA. Since many years, BEKA is exclusively producing mats in green for a European customer. The customer especially wanted the green colour so that the otherwise light blue coloured mats do not shine through the metal cassettes of the cooling ceilings. In addition, the green colour fitted perfectly to the company’s corporate identity.
Now that the capillary mats are produced completely at the own production plant, BEKA can respond to special orders faster, more individually and does not depend on delivery times of component suppliers. In principle, BEKA can now produce and deliver capillary tube mats in all colours – according to economic viability and order quantity.

The company BeKa Heiz- und Kühlmatten GmbH was founded in 1996 in Berlin and is currently employing about 30 permanent employees. The medium-sized company is specialised in the production of capillary tube mats made of polypropylene. The mats are applied in efficient heating and cooling including ceiling cooling, radiant underfloor heating, concrete core activation, geothermal energy and several special applications.
The innovative capillary tube technology enables a high-quality and healthy climatisation with low consumption of energy and resources.
Further advantages are short response time, small profile of the mats and thus a thin overall construction. The result is an absolutely uniform temperature distribution without draft which people find pleasant.
Capillary tube mats are equally suitable for new constructions and retrofits. With an experience of over 20 years, capillary mats are used for climate friendly, invisible heating and cooling of offices, hotels, hospitals, stores and residential buildings worldwide.
