R. Madhavan hoisted Indian flag on Moon
Popular Actor and Celebrity R. Madhvan, hoisted the National Flag on the Moon using the virtual reality made possible by a Bangalore based technology solution provider - OneOrigin on 15th August 2022. The 7 year old tech company is primarily focused on the education sector and aims to change the face of education by making technology accessible and expansive so that the speed of education is accelerated.

OneOrigin has now expanded into India and have begun developing immersive technology such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality aiming to be a global leader in fostering technology-driven solutions to solve critical business problems for their customers. They created stunning tools such as Oculus, Accel, the EXITE website, and EXIO8 which were unveiled at the grand launch of EXITE Space Shuttle on the eve of 75th Independence Day in Hotel Taj, Bangalore.

Many renowned personalities as chief guests were also part of the event like Padma shree Dr. Prahlada Rama Rao, a prominent and highly reputed scientist in the Indian defense; Dr. Brinda V. current director of safety, reliability and quality (DSRQ) - ISRO; Mr. Bhaskar Rao, a highly decorated IPS officer; Dr. PV Venkitakrishnan, a highly distinguished scientist of ISRO and DR. PV Venkataraman including R Madhavan .

Madhvan's presence was made possible by OneOrigin's talent partner StarClinch. StarClinch is a 7 year old Online tech platform which helps corporates and event companies to book live artists and celebrities for various gatherings.

Madhavan was geared up with the VR Glasses, exclusively designed by OneOrigin and became the first person to experience space travel and land on the moon in virtual reality. Madhavan gave his testimonial about the pioneering experience and opinions about the revolutionary Extended Reality technology which was unveiled in the launch event and talked about his phenomenal movie 'Rocketry'.

The goal of Mission EXIO8 is to go to Mars by 2023 and build a portal which can make possible inter-reality travel.
