Canadian Musician, Prince Perry Comes To The Rescue For Costa Rica

Toronto - Sept. 12, 2013 - Canadian recording artist Prince Perry releases his newest single “When I Think Of You” – all to raise funds and awareness for the Costa Rican My Environmental Rights and Responsibilities program. Run by the non-profit organization Reserva Playa Tortuga (RPT), the program works directly with school communities in the southern pacific zone of the country to teaching local children and their families to acknowledge, protect and preserve their natural birthright.

"I have been in love with Costa Rica for most of my life," says Perry, who wrote this song to share his passion for Costa Rica and his adopted home town of Ojochal, where he spends the bulk of his winters. "The country and it's people are vibrant, gracious and naturally rich in a way the whole world should know. With this song, I hope to give something back and help empower the younger generation to preserve the incredible beauty and life-giving energy this place offers."

One-hundred percent of the donations from this single will go to RPT, an organization Perry is proud to help support because of their commitment to developing and implementing community-based real world projects and conservation management solutions, using the best research science and conservation management practices.
