Evaluator-B10 test station for battery cells

Evaluator-B10 test station for battery cells

FuelCon developed battery test system for precise impedance measurement with compact design.

The FuelCon battery testing station Evalautor-B10 combines all features of impedance spectroscopy with the capacity of charge / discharge units in a compact, mobile system design. Thus, Evaluator-B10 provides researcher with all advantages of impedance measurements for characterizing battery cells, like for example analysis of electrochemical process, optimization of material development or determination of ageing effects. And in addition, the test station allows battery charging and discharging as well as 0-volt testing which enhances the range of applications compared to pure impedance analysis.

With its extremely compact design including running castors, the Evaluator-B10 is mobile and can be flexibly positioned. This is especially beneficial for testing laboratories with limited space. The power connection is realized via a 230 V European standard Schuko type plug. A PTFE work surface on the top of the housing assures increased safety.

The test system is completed by FuelCon´s intuitively operated software TestWork that ensures automated testing of battery cells as well as easy visualization of Bode and Nyquist diagrams on the basis of real-time data.

During the upcoming international event "World of Energy Solutions” where the “f-cell” and “battery+storage” exhibitions are consolidated, FuelCon will present its advanced testing systems for batteries and fuel cells from September 30th to October 2nd in Stuttgart (Germany).

About FuelCon:

Consequently intelligent: that’s how we love solutions. FuelCon is the global leading supplier of test and diagnostic systems for fuel cells and batteries. For years, our name is recognized for innovative engineering and high quality, for highest safety standards and close consultation with our costumer.

With our testing systems for fuel cells we offer optimal solutions for all typical technologies like PEM, DMFC, SOFC or MCFC in a power range between a few watts up to 150kW. In addition, innovative test systems for evaluating electrolyser are available. With the “Evaluator-B” series we have developed a concept that fulfils the challenging testing requirements of modern batteries with high accuracy and flexibility. The test systems enable the comparison, evaluation and optimization of battery cells and packs, as well as simulation of different requirements for customized applications.

Aside the headquarters in Germany, FuelCon is with its subsidiary FuelCon Systems Inc. and several representatives active in Europe, North America and Asia.

Laparoscopes Market 2016 - Stryker (USA), Henke-Sass Wolf (Germany ), Aesculap ( …
Laparoscopic surgery uses a special instrument called the laparoscope. The laparoscope is a long, slender device that is inserted into the abdomen through a small incision. It has a camera attached to it that allows the obstetrician–gynecologist (ob-gyn) to view the abdominal and pelvic organs on an electronic screen. If a problem needs to be fixed, other instruments can be used. These instruments usually are inserted through additional small incisions
