Radicon has launched a range of Benzlers Screwjacks

Radicon is now stocking a range of Benzlers Screwjacks to further enhance the company’s product portfolio. The range of Screwjacks is a perfect fit with the current Radicon product portfolio and like all Radicon products, quality and reliability are key features.

Screw Jacks are the ideal product to push, pull, lift, lower and position loads of anything from a couple of kilograms to hundreds of tonnes. They are compact, easy to integrate, and can be designed to exact customer requirements.

Screwjacks precise positioning features make them superior to pneumatic or hydraulic jacks in many applications. Capable of withstanding high loads in demanding environments, they are compact, easy to integrate and can be fitted with almost any drive motor.

The stocked range available, coupled with the application engineering knowledge within Radicon and Benzlers allows for a full liner drive system to be designed. This can include multiple Screwjacks operating accurately and with repeat positioning as well as accessories such as bevel gearboxes, geared motors, drive shafts, and sensors.

The design features of the Screwjacks range ensure an environmentally friendly product that operates vibration free and with low noise levels. For demanding environments a version can u supplied that is entirely resistant to acid and because Benzlers Screwjacks are grease lubricated there is no risk of oil leakage, making them ideally suited to the food and beverage industries.

Example Applications

Benzlers Screwjacks have been used extensively in the brewing process in a number of UK and European breweries. The ability to offer exact positioning and leak free operation means a Benzlers Screwjack and a Series G industrial gearbox are the ideal solution for variable height mixing.
