The mixing quality of ceramic materials directly correlates with their performance, strength, and durability. A Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a programmable dual asymmetric centrifugal (DAC) mixer for laboratory work and small production quantities. It enables rapid mixing of materials that would otherwise take a long time. In addition to mixing, the SpeedMixer can be used to adjust particle size through rapid grinding, in both dry and wet phases. With SpeedMixing, users can produce production-quality samples in seconds, increasing the speed of material development. Furthermore, this technology eliminates the variable of mixing raw material for quality control.
With its additional smart functions, the new Hauschild Speedmixer(r) SMART DAC simplifies and accelerates the development and prototyping of ceramic materials and composites immensely: The new series Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC comes with vacuum-robotic, sensor integration for temperature, gas etc., variable counter rotation, Internet of things compliance, QR-code reader, remote control, and automatic pot cooling system, which is an absolute novelty in the field of laboratory mixers.

The new Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC series is already on the market and delights customers in the USA and Europe. New mixing sizes and volumes make the use of this innovative mixer interesting also in small batch production: It allows mixing from 250 g up to 1,5 kg and 2 kg or with mixing volume from 310 ml up to 2.8 litres. Its improved design also allows mixing at very low speeds without the risk of strong vibrations, which is a great advantage when, for example, a light powder is one of the components. For companies with highly automated laboratories and small batch production, Hauschild also offers - as the first in the world on the market - a robot version with vacuum option for perfect degassing.

The family-owned company Hauschild Engineering employs around 40 people and has been developing and producing the Hauschild SpeedMixer® at its headquarters in Hamm/Germany since 1974, selling it directly or with partners all over the world.
The original Hauschild SpeedMixer® offers perfect mixing results from a few grams or milliliters up to ten kilograms or sixteen liters. The machines are mostly used in laboratories that mix substances as part of their research and development work, as well as by companies that require small batch mixes for quality assurance.
Within few minutes, different liquids can be mixed with pastes or powders, pastes with powders, powders with powders, and substances with different chemical and physical properties - all without the use of stirring tools. The Hauschild SpeedMixer®, including all components, are manufactured according to a highest-quality standards - made in Germany.
