In India most of the graduates are relatively low skilled and at times not all colleges have the required infrastructure therefore, many IT companies imparts a basic 3-month technical training especially to new employees. After technical training leadership are the 2nd highest contributor to corporate training market revenue. Such trainings are often reserved for the CXO's and have a high-ticket value.
