Marc Lambert, Chief Compliance officer for Asset Capital Management announces completion of the annual certification for Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) authorized regulatory organisation Standards Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF).

Zurich, Switzerland., August 16, 2013 -- Marc Lambert, Chief Compliance officer for Asset Capital Management, announces the firm's completion of the annual certification for Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) authorized regulatory organisation Standards Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF).

The Standards Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF) has held the function of an official, FINMA-recognized Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) since 1998. Members of the VQF include financial intermediaries from the parabanking sector, such as independent asset managers, trustees, lawyers, trust companies, providers of collective capital investment schemes, etc

Mr.Lambert noted, “We recognize the significance this Self Regulating Organizations (SRO). As such, Asset Capital Management and the VQF contribute towards protecting and strengthening the interests of financial intermediaries and their investors, as well as the interests of Switzerland as a financial centre.”

As part of inspection and audit practices, Senior Accounting and Compliance personnel for Asset Capital Management successfully completed advanced training seminars which are designed for all persons who are active in the field of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
