LEVEL CONSTRUCTION LAUNCHES LEVEL INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC
August 2013 (Chicago, IL)— Level Construction is pleased to announce the launch of Level Infrastructure, LLC, a construction management firm focusing on public sector projects, with offices in Houston and Chicago. With the addition of Level Infrastructure to the Level Companies umbrella, they are now equipped to provide construction management services to the private and public sectors.Level Infrastructure, LLC was recently awarded the contract to expand and improve the Port of Houston Authority offices at 7300 Clinton Dr., Houston, TX. The $1.5 million deal includes the retrofit of 4,500 square feet of office space within the port.
Their wide range of services and detail-oriented approach already have them slated to finish their first job one month ahead of schedule, according to the Port Authority Construction Management.
Working closely with local, state and federal municipalities, Level Infrastructure, LLC has quickly developed the resources to manage both large-scale and multi-faceted projects placing strong emphasis on client satisfaction and quality.
"We were able to take our expertise and success from Level Construction and apply that to the public sector with the formation of Level Infrastructure LLC," said Alex Johnson, partner in both companies.
Level Infrastructure, LLC just achieved substantial completion one month ahead of schedule and is currently bidding multiple projects in the Houston market. They plan on expanding into the Chicago market during the 4th quarter of this year.
