Press release from: Level Construction

August 2013 (Chicago, IL)—Level Construction, one of the fastest growing and respected construction management firms in Chicago, has announced that they will construct 8 Chicagoland Dunkin’ Donuts locations by the end of the year.

Back in 2008, the number one retailer of hot and iced coffee drinks selected Level Construction, with offices in Houston and Chicago, to construct their first Dunkin’ Donuts location at 345 N Central Avenue in Chicago.

In the 5 year period since that first project, Level Construction has completed over 60 Dunkin Donuts locations, making them a dominant resource within the Chicagoland Dunkin’ Donuts expansion.

They are known for their stellar client relationships and quick project turnaround. Working closely with the Dunkin’ Donuts’ construction department and the individual franchisees, Level has completed dozens of brownstone remodels and even completed interior transformations while some franchises remains open for business.

Developing a strong network of stores within the market has enabled Dunkin’ Donuts to invest in a distribution model that provides everything that their consumers want and expect – and Level Construction has become a key part of that network.

Recently unveiling a new store design, the new contemporary look gives an exciting update to many of the current Dunkin’ Donut location’s appearances. Level is one of the first construction management companies to complete projects under the new design protocols.

Level Construction’s continued success with Dunkin’ Donuts has triggered an impressive list of additional franchises that have called for their services. Jersey Mike’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Mrs. Field’s Cookies, TCBY, My Fit Foods, Popeye’s Chicken, Firehouse Subs and Quizno’s Subs top the list of completed jobs.
